Very Good
Hotel is very clean, staff is very friendly and resort offers plenty of amenities.
Wifi is terrible, impossible to connect. Cutting of lawns or any noisy maintenance should not be allowed during morning hours. The hotel didn't have an in house entertainment room, ie. no billards, board games, etc

Very good and pleasant stay, mainly because of friendly and professional service and hospitality! Good food quality and
Very friendly Hotel! Professional service on the reception and very good room service. Food is good with variety of vegetables and sea food, delicious desserts. Very nice location with 2,2 km sea promenades for jogging and walking. Interesting evening program with professional dancing teams/shows, singers, Bingo and lottery! We stayed with children- they enjoyed food and entertainment a lot! Also ice cream and table tennis and all sports! A huge performance and dinner on Christmas- thank you for making this day so interesting and special! In December we did not swim so much because of the wind, but there were few calm days and we had a chance to snorkeling with fish (not so much and not so clear water, but better then nothing!)
Tennis court appears to be a football playground with a damaged surface - but our reception manager helped us to negotiate with the neighbor hotel for a visit - really appreciate that! Spa and massage available at SPA center, but sauna cost extra price. The disaster was the room magnetic cards - they became not-working after half day usage. We need to come to the reception 2 times a day to change room cards. The recommendation was to keep far from electronic devices, but we failed;( Taxi service is too expensive when you use reception taxi (40 euro to the airport for a 10 min drive)

Relax and Pleasant Stay
The resort area is big and well kept. There are lots of different play grounds for kids and other entertainment for adults. There is also a jogging trail along the bay. The bay is perfect for snorkeling and diving with lively marine live and well protected coral.

Excellent!
Great location, super friendly staff and all felt v safe - especially for kids to roam together.
Wifi was terrible, which made using the in-house app frustrating.
